geekchickWeirdness. I've gotten email about a comment someone left in my journal, but when I look at the page it's not there. If I plug the itemid number into talkread.bml, it's there. And there's a couple other entries where the entry count is definitely off too.
Why am I awake? I finally managed to get to sleep at 3:30, and bad dreams had me up at 9 am. Even my cat is trying to persuade me to go back to bed, sitting in the bedroom door and yowling at me. In happier news (for me), I finally got past the point in "Cryptonomicon" where I gave up in frustration last time. When nothing's happened in 200 pages, I tend to not try to read a whole lot more of that book. Still, very little has happened after 300 pages, but it's better than nothing.
