I don't drink much caffeine anymore on a normal day.

Since 10:00 this morning, I've had two cups of coffee and three cups of (increasingly well-steeped) black tea. And had my lightbox on for half an hour.

Hooboy. This userpic, it is how I feel right about now.

When I was still consuming caffeinated sodas all day long, I wouldn't even notice this amount of caffeine; I could drink caffeine right before bed and go to sleep. Now, though, if I have coffee after about 3 PM, I'll be up until 3 AM because of it. It definitely took some getting used to.

i can't drink much caffeine at all these days. as you said above, if i have any kind of caffeine after about 3pm i don't sleep, and i really can't drink coffee, period. i miss black tea the most. *cries*

Well, it was that easy to get rid of the jitters; I'm still planning on taking some melatonin and valerian later tonight so that I can get to sleep before 3 AM. ;)
