[...]Hillary Clinton compared the plight of Zimbabweans in their recent fraudulent election to the uncounted votes of Michigan and Florida voters saying it is wrong when “people go through the motions of an election only to have them discarded and disregarded.”

“We’re seeing that right now in Zimbabwe," Clinton explained. "Tragically, an election was held, the president lost, they refused to abide by the will of the people,” Clinton told the crowd of senior citizens at a retirement community in south Florida.

Yes, indeed. The situation with Michigan and Florida's primary shenanigans is JUST LIKE what's going on in Zimbabwe.

I have this odd memory of a time when Hillary Clinton agreed to that disenfranchisement. It wasn't too long ago, either.

Tell me, do you think that the Clinton campaign, or her supporters, would care at all about counting Florida and Michigan if she had a lead over Obama?

No, but I think that if Obama had won those states and Clinton had a lead, the push to count those states would be coming from him.

I won't disagree with that.

But it still wouldn't make that push worth considering.

It's not like either of them didn't know what they were getting into when they agreed to the party's rules. Obama went a bit farther than Clinton did and was not on the ballot in Michigan-I seriously doubt Hillary Clinton would have done as well in the state if he'd been there.
