It's pouring buckets, kind of green, and the parking lot is covered in hail. Guess I won't leave the office right this minute after all.

Yeah, I was listening to Skywarn on the way home, and baseball sized hail was reported not
all that far from where you work.

Hail! That's what was causing the green. OK, that makes sense. I was on the phone with my mother and remarked that it seriously looked like tornado weather but I didn't see anything remotely resembling a funnel cloud.

Yeah, there were lots of reports of green, which worried me a little. One spotter in northeast West Virginia reported what looked like a wall cloud, but I didn't hear any reports of tornados or funnel clouds. There was a microburst on route 28 that knocked down some trees, however.

Jeez. No wonder my mom's plane home was delayed for 3 hours. :-/
