So, November of 1995, I was still living in Tulsa, OK. I was working at a salon called Visage Salon and Day Spa. Amber Valletta, the 'supermodel' was from Tulsa, and decided to ask her 'friends' to come to Tulsa and do a fashion show to raise money for the Tulsa Food Bank. Anyway, all the frou frou salons (including the one I worked at) had a "part" in primping all the models (Kate Moss, Linda Evangelista, Naomi Campbell, Shalom Harlow, Stella Tennent, seriously, ALL the supermodels of the mid-90's) for the fashion show (which was Versace. Sadly, Gianni, who was still alive at the time, couldn't make it due to the flu, but his crazy sister Donatella did make it).
Anyway, My job for the day was running to the professional beauty supply store to pick up things for the gift baskets for the models. I drove to the store, which was about 5 miles from the shop, with the windows down in my car, because it was quite warm. I ran into the store, grabbed the things (waiting for me at the front), got to my car, rolled up the window, because it had gotten a little chilly, and by the time I got back to the salon, snow was falling rather heavily.
I kid you not.
Also, in '92, my senior year in HS, we had a snow day in March, because it had snowed a foot of snow. The next day, we wore shorts to school because it was so warm.

So, this crazy weather is something I'm used to, being from the midwest. I assume its not so normal on the east coast?

Today at 7:34 PM: Blowing snow and sleet. Major roads (i.e., Rts. 50 & 28) getting slushy and secondary roads snow covered.

I hereby second your "WTF?"

Tell me about it! I set out on my bicycle today. I'm a pretty hardcore bicyclist, but even I decided it would be a good idea to stick my bike on the front of a bus for the trip home.
