I don't think my local cable monopoly (the aptly-named Cox) actually carries it, but the fact that it exists makes me happy.

Pancake Mountain, a DC children's show that features guests along the lines of Henry Rollins, Shonen Knife, George Clinton and the Buzzcocks. (Band listing).

Luckily, you can get episodes on DVD and watch some of it online.
