I can't believe I forgot this earlier, but it's still Monday in my book since I haven't technically been to bed yet (falling asleep on the sofa doesn't count) and the sun hasn't come up.

I've never seen this before, but last summer, one of my favorite things to prattle on randomly about was "Weasel cheese!!"

Idle thoughts...

I had cheese on my sandwich, in keeping with the festivities.

Weasels would probably take #8 shot, similar to squirrels (there's a big poster at the hunting lodge detailing what ammunition to use for which charismatic small mammals or birds)...

I think the cheese weasel may have been slacking this year. I didn't see anyone else on LJ mention him before you did. In any case I ate an entire billet/ingot/bolt/whatever it's called of string cheese last night, in honor of the fact that I was hungry.
