Mar. 20th, 2006 04:02 pmI'd been thinking after going through the photos from two weekends ago at Air & Space and the zoo that I should spend more time playing with my camera to try improving my shots a bit and working through some of the camera's features. Here's a perfect opportunity, stolen from
sistercoyote:
Ask me to take a picture of any aspect of my life that you`re interested in - it can be anything from the house I live in to my favourite shoes. Leave your choice here as a comment, and I will reciprocate by taking the pictures and posting them as a diary entry. That way you get to know a little bit about my life, if you`re remotely interested in it.
I'll put a couple of conditions on it though: no risque pictures, and pictures of other people will only happen if they're amenable.

Well the idea is to challenge, and I find that one of the harder things to do is use your available light when there isn't much around.
So kill the lights, grab a few candles and set up a scene ti shoot.
Maybe some flowers or a dinner setting, but only use the candles as a light source no flash.
Your camera might not have the ability to deal with that so let me know if it can't.

and I did ask for an aspect of your life...your candles
