Jun. 4th, 2005 06:14 pmDoes me little to no good to be drooling over the pretties from Moi-même-Moitié. My brain thinks "Oooh, want this!", my body laughs and laughs and laughs. I'm sure I must've seen those numbers in my measurements at some point, but if I have, the memory is lost in the mists of time.
On the other hand, at $63.50 for a lace headband, it's not like I'd be stocking up even if I could fit into Japanese-teen-sized fashion. Also? I personally might be on the far side of the point where one can pull off EGL without looking at least faintly ridiculous.
[I spent the entire afternoon cataloging almost all of our DVDs, go me! I ♥ Readerware, it rocks like a rockin' thing. The CDs, however, are going to be a multi-day project.]

Date: 2005-06-04 10:53 pm (UTC)Looking at http://www.morbidoutlook.com 's reference:
Female youth have long been exciting to older Japanese males and the innocence of looking like a child may appeal to these women because of the powerful sexual allure but also because it presents a way for them to escape growing up at least for the moments they are dressed in the Gothic Lolita style.
Hope that grown-up life isn't *too* sucky at the moment.... (hug).

Date: 2005-06-04 11:16 pm (UTC)No, not particularly. The only big drain right now is trying to figure out when I have time to get the house cleaned up before next weekend, and trying to make an appointment with the cardiologist ($cha-ching!) for the cat. Otherwise, all is mostly quiet.

Date: 2005-06-05 03:02 am (UTC)Sounds like your CDs are going to be an issue for getting into Readerware the way our books are. And moving is only going to make it worse. :-)
