I do not think those words ("no additional accumulation") mean what you think they mean.

Oh. Heh heh. They've changed their story since I last looked. "Did we say none? We meant another half-inch or so."

While I'm thinking about it: Happy birthday, curiousangel! Hopefully you'll spend it disproving this theory. ;)

Holy crap, look at it come down out there.

I am concerned that, although they claim we're only going to get another half-inch, they also say it's going to be snowing so hard that visibility will suck during the evening commute. That seems a bit contradictory.

For whatever it's worth, it's already moved completely out of here; probably there was an hour and a quarter or so of snow and at most 1/4 inch of additional accumulation. It was snowing pretty hard for maybe half an hour, 45 minutes in the middle there.

Thank you, my dear! I suspect I'll spend a good part of the evening curled up under a warm blanket watching it snow... and I'm just feeling pretty good in general. It was a really good weekend, but I'm still kinda tired. You were deeply missed, but I totally understand, and I'm glad you didn't risk it to come up here.
