Not bad, and more in line with what I expect to be a normal rate of loss, but I'm still not paying enough attention to what I eat and I haven't gotten nearly enough exercise. I should be tracking points, but it's harder now that I don't have the online tracker and have to remember to write everything down and then come look up the values. Okay, "harder" isn't really the right word, it's that I'm inherently lazy. The "forgetting to eat" thing seems to have gone away though, at least for now.
What I ought to do is cook on Sunday and take leftovers to work during the week to discourage running out to Wendy's, but most of the time I'm just so uninspired to cook. When I get home at 7 or 7:30 during the week, I've usually got enough energy to make pasta with a bit of olive oil, if that. On the weekends...well, I have no real excuse there other than aforementioned laziness. At least recently I've been equally likely run out to Giant to get a salad as I am to go get a chicken sandwich at Wendy's, so there's something at least.
Normally I'd get dressed now and go take a walk around the lake to enjoy the snow, but since it's 15 degrees with 20-31 mph wind and a windchill of at least -2, I think perhaps I'll stay inside. Maybe it's time for some DDR and stretching. And coffee. It's definitely time for coffee.
[Edit:] 30 minutes of DDR in workout mode (160 calories),10 minutes of stretching, 25 minutes of low-intensity yoga

Date: 2005-01-23 05:30 pm (UTC)Seeble! Having 1/2-hour for lunch, forcing me to bring mine, has actually made me eat a more balanced lunch regularly.
You don't want to become a Cathysicle on your walk? ;-)
