Oh yeah, those three seconds make a psychological difference for me, if nothing else. Today it's three seconds, soon it will be three minutes, and eventually it will be three hours.
And if you want me to build you a happy-light, I'm willing. Or
you can camp out in my living room of really bright, full-spectrum,
