Well that was fun. I ordered flowers for C. on Tuesday with FedEx delivery. The ones I ordered were out of stock and they were going to substitute the next level up. Instead today I get the box; it's a day late, they're gladiolus instead of roses, and the card is from someone named Jeremy. WTF? Called to find out what was up, and it seems Jeremy called yesterday wondering what happened to his flowers. Heh. Oh well, they're crediting me the difference at least (offered to credit the whole thing, but even with the screwup I don't mind paying for what I got; call me crazy).
