Have I mentioned lately how much I despise Mondays? Today is a very Monday sort of Monday, too. Grr. Arrgh.

Let me just say that the world is damn lucky I didn't take any more DHEA yesterday or today; Saturday I was ready to rip people's heads off just for existing. Today I'm down to a reasonable level of self-contained cranky. I still wouldn't try to irritate me; you wouldn't like me when I'm angry.


Note to self: less DHEA (by which I mean "none" for the time being), more 5-HTP. And seriously, seriously consider getting a light box.

We've got a bunch at home, C. basically has a wholesaler account at VRP. =) Now that the days are noticeably shorter, it's definitely time for me to start taking it again.
