Since I can't swing the trip myself, @#$%. Is anyone planning on going to Comic-Con this week who might be willing to obtain for me the MirrorMask shirt from Dark Horse? Suitable bribes in addition to the cost of the item can be arranged.

You might try asking the NHs. I know they are plannning to go (or were, before the move) and so, depending on how well you know them, you might ask.

They claim it's a 500-item max Comic-Con limited edition thing, so I'd be a wee bit surprised to see it turn up elsewhere. If you do see it though, I'd be most appreciative if you snag me one.

The dealers were mostly selling bootleg DVDs and golden age DC and Marvel stuff. If you like, I'll keep an eye out at Dragon*Con. It's a huge affair (more than fills two of the biggest convention hotels in Atlanta) at the beginning of September.

Didn't make it to Otakon either; I didn't feel like spending $40 basically to just go shopping.

I had a quick look, only saw a postcard. They should start popping up any day now. I wouldn't be a bit surprised if some turned up at Dragon*Con at somewhat inflated prices. But I'm willing to have a look, I'll be there for 4 days. Just let me know your price cutoff and what size you want.
