Yesterday I said  "I can already tell that my admittedly fairly subtle hinting about wanting an iPod has fallen on deaf ears at home".  I was wrong. Squee!  C. came home bearing a 15GB iPod; he said he'd been trying to get a Mini, but they were not to be found.  This is quite okay with me, as my comments on the Mini were essentially "why do I want to pay almost as much as I would for the 15GB for something with roughly a quarter of the storage space?" (Yeah, I know, smaller and lighter;  that's not as high on my list of requirements though as "can hold a significant fraction of my music".)  Now if I could only get John Kovalic to come over and do this to my walls, my day would be complete.

I saw that, and my first thought was, "you know, he's going to be in town in August for GenCon." *schemes* ;-)

I got a 15 Gb iPod for myself about a month ago. I became obsessed with it's care and feeding for about two weeks. It is awesome though. Enjoy it!
