Up a couple of pounds this week, back to 169. I'm not surprised, since I haven't been tracking my meals for the last couple of weeks and I haven't been particularly physically active. After seeing that number, I decided that today was a salad day...which was complicated by the fact that it seems that someone went on a cleaning spree and threw away my bottle of fat-free Italian dressing in the work fridge and left me with either ranch (which I hate) or raspberry pecan dressing (which is not bad, but didn't work with the stuff I had in my salad). Yay for big, filling, zero-point meals. Speaking of which, Weight Watchers seems to have overhauled their points system, so I suppose I should look that over and see if anything's really different other than the 35 FlexPoints reserve they give you.

The gym upped their couples rate to $85/month, so I am more inclined than ever to drop it, or at most cut it back to a $50 single membership and try to go on my way home from work. We do have a fitness room here at the complex, so I suppose if I'm not going to take advantage of the pool or the yoga classes at the gym (which I can't make, since I get off work too late) I should cancel and use the treadmill here.
