I was lazy last week and had a lot of fast food; this week it's time to get back to paying attention to daily points. I was good and had a half-a-point salad (I added some mozzarella cheese) for lunch today.

How are you tracking? When I was on WW, I had a little program for the Palm Pilot that kept track of points on a weekly basis.

I signed up for the online program, and there's a web-based food/points journal.

Oh, heck - that's even easier. They didn't have anything web-based when I was in it. :-)

My cow orker is considering dropping the meetings and going to the online program because it's so convenient. The only thing I wish I had from the in-person version was the hard copy of the restaurant points guide; it's a bit of a hassle to carry around the printed-out web pages or a laptop. =)

The only thing that kept Toni and I at the in-person meetings was our meeting leader. After she left, we left. Too bad they don't just sell the books online. I have a feeling mine aren't exactly the same (I think the points program has changed a bit since 1998) or I'd offer 'em. :-)

Yeah, I was kind of hoping they'd sell the books, but no dice. My cow orker has a copy of the restaurant guide that's reasonably up to date, if need be I can borrow hers. Thanks for the pseudo-offer though. ;)
