I'll take pictures when I hit the 10 pounds lost mark and stay there for more than a day. I should take a picture of the new pleather pants, anyway. =)
I'm using the Weight Watchers Points system. On weeks when I actually pay strict attention to it, it seems to be working pretty well so far. =) Are you doing Atkins?
WWP seems to work quite well for a lot of people. I'm all for successful systems :>
Me? Yah, Atkinite for nearly 5 years now. I initially took a LOT off, and slowly slowly got more lenient as well as adding significant new muscle. Am definitely more strict now again for my 5 year anniversary to "tune"... My last job got me up 10-15 lbs from all the rich free food. Too much really. So that got fixed, and figured I should just push slowly for a new average low. It's comfy and good and simple to do. I like.
