I just got email telling me I'd won a pair of nifty pleather pants I'd totally forgotten I bid on. Yay for good surprises! =)

Tonight's plan: order in dinner, review a bit of my CIW Foundations study guide (as expected, I bombed in the randomized practice test on exactly the subjects I thought I would: OSI, which I've utterly failed to memorize previously, subnets, and a couple of things in the security section that I don't have any previous background with), and then get back to Harry Potter. Unfortunately That Event has already been spoiled for me, so I keep wondering when it's going to happen. There had been vague plans to dye my hair blue this evening, but I don't know that I have the energy to do it.

I spoiled the Event in HPatOotP myself by peeking behind the cut tag of someone's LJ post before I'd even started reading the book. Oh well, I also looked ahead in the book for The Empire Strikes Back to find a certain geneological revelation before I'd gotten to the theatre the first time, too. :-)
