geekchickToday is Boomtime, day 51 in the season of Confusion, 3269.
There are two fire trucks, an ambulance, and three county sheriff's department cars outside my office, just around a corner where I can't quite see what's going on. (My office is off the main road in what's essentially an industrial park, so it would be accurate to say we don't normally get a whole lot of traffic.) Oops, and now add a Medevac helicopter to that. Needless to say, my curiosity is piqued.
