geekchickI realized about 10 minutes ago that I had utterly forgotten to take any of my supplements this morning in my haste to leave the house. (C. has my car for the day, and was dropping me off and then going to work.) That might partially explain the utter exhaustion today. One Metabolift and the SAM-e, coming right up. At least that way if I'm going to be sleepy, I can be sleepy and wired and semi-functional rather than sleepy and staring uselessly at my monitor.
