The article itself isn't particularly interesting but the typo in the headline is. ;)

I can't see the screenshot, and didn't see anything particularly interesting in the article..can you print the particular text?

Wolfowitz, incidentally, is a character in Saul Bellow's RAVELSTEIN, which is a thinly-veiled biography of Alan Bloom. The Paul Wolfowitz analog is a government official who periodically gives briefings to Alan Bloom/Ravelstein.
