Since I know a few folks on my friends list will be interested in this one, I point you at alton_brown. =)

Yes, I'm still up. Partially from coughing (I've coughed so hard today that all the muscles in my back are aching nearly constantly), partially from getting my sleep schedule totally fscked up by being off work from last Thursday to this coming Wednesday. I lay odds that the fire department will be coming through for inspections in *checks clock* four hours. If so, I'll be blissfully unaware of it unless and until they poke at the smoke detector.
