(no subject)

It's amazing the stuff you find while you're packing/moving.

I found:

• a check for almost $300 that I never cashed, forgot I had, and is now over a year old (oops)
  
• another check for $35 for someone's domain registration I covered that I never cashed, and is also over a year old now
  
• my poster of Gillian Anderson in a latex catsuit (mrow!)
  
• my white fuzzy kitty slippers that I was bemoaning having lost (woohoo!)
  
• a couple of CDs I hadn't seen in a while
  
• a CD backup of the files from the intranet project from hell, and the accompanying project mug, complete with hidden logo that is revealed when you put hot or cold liquid into the mug
  
• enough dust to make this place seem like it might be fitting for a sequel to "The Grapes of Wrath"
  

Now to find out what I'm going to find when I actually go through some of the boxes that I didn't bother to sort as they were already in fairly moveable states. Mommy, I'm scared. At least it won't be as bad as my last move, since I threw out huge amounts of stuff that I hadn't used in a while.
