Today is Boomtime, day 10 in the season of The Aftermath, 3167.
They just announced another non-specific terrorism threat for the next week, based on more "credible evidence", which naturally didn't specify where anything *might* happen. Not that I'd expect them to flat-out say so to the press if it did. I just wonder what the point of this is, other than making everyone utterly paranoid for a week?

This will also help us know when to stop reading the news, or which news articles to avoid so that we don't exceed our RDA....
I wonder if there's a Material Safety Data Sheet on paranoia...

No they fucking can't - at what point has the American public as a whole displayed good judgement about all of this? Stockpiling Cipro and standing by like sheep while the government torches civil liberties? (Jesus, I sound like a conspiracy theorist paranoid....)
There is no "information" to be understood. I wish they wouldn't release shit like this unless they have something specific to say.
Rough translation - its just a reminder that Things Are Different Now, like we needed hammered home yet again....
