Essential Functions: This requisition is contingent on the winning of the Benefit Systems Task being proposed under the INS STARS contract.

I worked on that contract at my former employer (this job listing is for a different gummint contractor). I even have the magically-appearing-logo coffee mug to prove it.

And the coffee mug! You have to admit that it was probably the coolest part of the project, what with the logo that appeared when you filled the mug with liquid. ;)
