I think DD probably predates the notion of a "boy band" by a few years, but you could apply the label. In fact, I could give you a good argument that the prototypical boy band was The Beatles....

I should clarify that in comparing TV shows to movie trilogies, and then listing Star Wars as a movie trilogy, I of course meant Episodes IV, V, and VI. Episodes I, II, and III are a completely separate Star Wars trilogy that should arguably never have been made.

I was so tempted by the magnetized needle and a steady hand, and you entirely stumped me with the boy bands question.

As for scripts....well, I hear Ruby is awfully nice, but haven't had a chance to pick it up yet. I use both PHP and Perl without a real preference.
