Run Runaway
May. 7th, 2009 07:29 pmI've been thinking about this for a while, and now that the weather's starting to warm up and there's some actual sunlight left when I get home in the evenings (most nights), I think I'm going to attempt the Couch-to-5K program. High school gym class put me off running in a huge way, but I might be able to do this. Would be nice to get back into some sort of decent physical shape again. Things I need to check into: whether my existing shoes will be sufficient for running (I really do not want to spend a bunch of money on new running shoes if I don't have to), and a really good sports bra.
