1.) I am really liking this "post an unretouched photo of yourself" meme thing; it's v. cool to get to put faces with the usernames.

2.) Stereogum presents us with an MP3 of a new Lambchop tune, "National Talk Like a Pirate Day".

3.) There is nothing in the world quite like being woken up by the sound of your darling cat horking on your warm fleece blankie, which you happen to be sleeping under at the time. =/ At least it wasn't my pillow? Please tell me that today is only going to get better from here.

Don't usually play Competitive Conversation^tm, I promise, but as it happens I've got one to put up against that: being woken up by the sound/feel of one of your darling cats having a seizure where he lies snuggled up by your side. Hard twitching, drool, snarling, flailing...it's difficult to beat, really.
