I admit it, this Discovery Channel commercial makes me happy. Who doesn't love giant squids? (via kottke.org)

They forgot enormous trees, and tool-using birds and massive waterfalls, and...well, you can't fit all the awesomeness into a 60-second commercial anyway, can you?
