Two employees of the DC Office of Tax and Revenue have been accused of stealing at least $20 million using phony real estate tax refunds. From today's Post:

A Washington Post analysis of city records has found a total of $31.7 million in questionable property tax refunds dating back seven years -- including $346,700 to one fictitious company named "Bilkemor LLC."

Bilkemor???

The whole embezzlement thing isn't funny, but I have to admit that the fake company name made me laugh. A lot.
