Guy who planted a realistic-looking fake pipe bomb at Tufts-New England Medical Center yesterday? "He has been identified but has not been charged."

It's beyond ridiculous-the presecutor railing against them honestly seems to believe they planned for a hoax bomb threat..or maybe he's just read the statue (http://www.mass.gov/legis/laws/mgl/266-102a.5.htm) and is trying to press that belief in the hope that they'll plead.

I hope they ask for a change of venue for their trial-with the Mayor of Boston and the Governor declaring them guilty of a bomb hoax, they don't have much chance of getting one in MA.
