I'm dealing with car salesmen, although luckily they seem to be paying attention to my "email *strongly* preferred" request. I've got some interpersonal LJ-caused RL drama going on. (You're not getting any more details than that if you're not involved, sorry.) I've got a project due soon at work that's more complicated than it seemed at the outset. To top off my fabulous day, I just went to log in to my web host and retrieve my logs and I discovered my account's apparently been suspended. For what reason, I have absolutely no idea since I got not a single bit of notice. It apparently just happened sometime after my last post, since my mood theme was available when I made the post and it isn't now. Huh. As I was writing, they responded with "we sent you an email more than a month ago stating we were switching over to Paypal and you didn't respond, so we cut off your account". The last email I remember seeing from them was an automated confirmation of a support ticket that showed up two months after I sent it in. (The ticket, by the way, was "Your license for the bug/request tracking software your support site uses has apparently expired, at least that's what the error message when I go to support.[yourdomain].com is telling me".) Maybe it got marked as spam, maybe it went to a different address, maybe it got lost in the massive quantities of email I get, I have no idea. Grump.
