Yay! New Bookslut.

I suspect if you were to look up "difficult interview", Lawrence Block's picture would be right there. I also suspect that, were I the interviewer, I'd have some suggestions for head trauma that needs inflicting. Whether I meant for myself or for my interviewee is as yet undecided.

I'm surprised he's so non-communicative. I've gone to a few readings he gave, and he was quite warm and friendly.

He's also one of my favorite authors, so I'd recommend the head trauma for the interviewer.

I believe he's one of the interviewer's favorite authors as well (although said person is quite welcome to speak up for himself and I'll apologize for putting words in his mouth). I would hope this was just a really bad day on Mr. Block's part, because he comes off a bit like a jackass.
