Jackhammers. Why'd it have to be jackhammers?

I got in this morning thinking I'd have a nice, quiet Friday while proofing some files and finishing up a project for next week. Apparently the building owner neglected to tell any of us that they'd be starting some resurfacing work on the parking lot this morning. Oh well, I was really hoping I could develop a pounding headache before noon, so I'm in luck I guess.
