The scale this morning said I was down another pound and a half since Sunday, to 171. I suspect this is related in part to the fact that I forgot to eat anything at all on Monday until around 7 that night. I meant to make oatmeal around 11 AM, got distracted, and then it was 7 PM. Last night I forgot to eat dinner; I was going to make a pot roast, but I didn't get home until almost 8 and then just never got around to thinking about finding an alternative. If Wellbutrin is going to suppress my appetite even more than it is right now, I'm going to have to keep an eye on that. Losing a few pounds is a good thing, not eating anything is emphatically not.
