No matter how mopey you might be feeling, 2:15 AM on a weeknight is not the best of all possible times to decide to whip up a pan of brownies that take at least half an hour to cook.
I have no personal experience of such, but the one near our office seems to have a lot of cars parked there during the day for someplace that's closed. =)
Only brownies I ever have come prepackaged in plastic.
These were pretty tasty and easy to make. "No Pudge Raspberry Fudge Brownies". (Not that I particularly like the brand name, but whatever.) They're no-fat and don't taste horrible like so many other no-fat products. Put the mix in a bowl, add 2/3 of a cup of vanilla yogurt, stir until your arm falls off, then pop them into a 350-degree oven for a bit over 30 minutes. Mmmmm.
