One day I'll get to sleep before 4:30 AM. That day is not today. (This time was partially for work related-reasons, however.)

That's not why I'm posting though; I'm posting instead to gloat that I've got Siouxsie tickets and you don't. (Although I suppose you might. Odds are actually decent that you do, even. Whatever, I still got 'em. Yay.)

How scary is it though that it's billed as "An Evening with Siouxsie, presented by VH1"? Yikes.

I have my Siouxsie tickets -- for Seattle! But I do think your show is earlier than mine. I'll be jumping up and down trying to catch Siouxsie-sweat on September 26. It's still a while to wait.

Soon after that, I get to see Laibach, and then Ministry here in Portland. The Cure is also touring, but I'm skipping that one. Years ago, I convinced myself that if I were to ever see Siouxsie and The Cure in the same year, I would die at the end of the second concert, since life would have no meaning after that.

Yeah, the DC show is on the 9th. And I've missed The Cure twice now this year (HFStival and Curiosa); d'oh!

Yay! ALlthough, in return, I'll gloat that I have Dar Williams tickets and you (probably) don't. Although my gloating was cut short by unearthing my Wolftrap schedule last night in a mammoth pile-of-paper-clearing-effort and discovering that I missed Mary Chapin Carpenter and Carole King last week. :-(

No, I don't have Dar Williams tickets. On the other hand, I believe Dar tours more frequently than Siouxsie does. =)

I've only managed Mary Chapin Carpenter tickets once; any other time I've tried, it's been sold out. (That said, I didn't try this year, so I don't know if I'd have had any luck or not.)

Just Siouxsie, but material from both Siouxsie & the Banshees and the Creatures apparently.

Oh, that's straight off the Creatures' web site, so I assume that Siouxsie & Co. get to decide what they want to sing. =)

I'd totally forgotten about the show (they were originally supposed to come through in June); luckily someone reminded me in time to get tickets.
