Today is Setting Orange, day 52 in the season of Discord, 3270.

I had tickets to the Bowie concert that was originally scheduled for early December and got postponed when he got the flu. It was rescheduled for May, and I'm 100% positive that I remembered it being scheduled for tonight, as I clearly remember thinking that it sucked that it was rescheduled for the middle of the week. I just went to get directions and it seems that the concert is actually on May 16, a Sunday night. Maybe today's just a bad brain day for me all around. If it was just me, it wouldn't be a big deal, but C. took time off work in order to be able to make it to the show in time.

It could be worse, you could have misremembered the date as being later than it actualy was.

In actuality they probably moved the date.

Hmm... that's useful to know, actually. I won't hurry to get in town on the 16th, since you'll be elsewhere at the concert...

True, I'd be much more irritated if the show was last night. =) I think they did move the date, since there appears to now be a week-long run of "Dragon Tales" at the Patriot Center.
