I think I've managed to convince myself that the zithromax I was prescribed might not have been such a bad idea after all, and I'm getting that filled first thing in the morning -- assuming I don't manage to cough up both my lungs before dawn, thus making it rather difficult to drive over to CVS. At least I'm almost entirely sure it's not the flu, as I've had this cough for a couple of weeks now. Maybe I've got rockin'walking pneumonia. It might be a tumor. (It's naht a toomah.) Whatever it is, I hope I don't have to cancel my dinner plans, and I definitely hope this is clearing up by Saturday; it's not exactly the sort of present I'd like to give my friends for the holidays.

Don't know about you, but zithromax is a great way for me to clean out my system. If I ever have to take it again, I'm booking the first day at home, cause there are some things you just want to be home for, like running to the bathroom on a very regular basis.

Hmmm... you've had a persistent cough for almost the whole time I've known you. Unlikely to be consumption, but allergies perhaps. And I'd feel better if you had a chest X-ray... just in case. And if it is just bronchitis, you aren't particularly contagious (just miserable...)

*hugs* Get better soon! :-)

Zithromax has worked well for me when I've taken it. I've had both walking pneumonia and the other kind, and plenty of bouts of bronchitis.

If it's bronchitis or walking pneumonia, these aren't contagious, but they're still making you miserable :( Start eating that zithromax!

Zithromax is good stuff. Very helpful.

I hope you get to feeling better soon.

I'd be more hesitant if the doc offered Biaxin. That one's like carpet-bombing, and, while it worked, also wiped me out.
