I went to bed an hour ago, after forcing myself to stay awake long enough that I wouldn't wake up at 4 am. I'm awake again. This does not bode well. Of course now the scratchy throat has progressed to scratchy throat, headache and achy joints, so I may take tomorrow to sleep and megadose on vitamin C.

Bleah.

At least I had a nice and much-needed phone conversation before passing out the first time.

I called in to work and slept until 1:30, and i've been taking huge amounts of vitamin c today. I feel much better.
