I think what I want most right this second is to have a good, long, exhausting cry.

Maybe afterwards I can muster up the energy to actually write something more substantial, or to answer/send the weeks of backlogged email waiting for me, or to make a significant dent in the ton of work that needs to be done in the next couple of weeks, or to deal with the crashed machine with the seemingly-trashed disk, or at least to start feeling human again.

Christ, I know how you feel. I'll give you the details when I can finally muster enough time to write a proper accounting of everything, but I'm exhausted, recovering from one of those ugly little episodes of mine, and still under multiple deadlines. My 'puter is spitting out bad CMOS messages every other day, too.

Oh, the usual. =) Not enough sun, too much end-of-year stuff that needs to get done, made the mistake of halving my dosage of SAM-e (won't try *that* trick again until spring), and phobia of having to do some public speaking at the company's annual meeting. Mini-breakdown, here I come! ;)

Or maybe they could somehow have a mysterious accident while driving down twisty mountain roads to get to the bowling alley? I am so freakin' tired of feeling like this, and I'm sorry to hear that things aren't going so well for you either. You're actually at the top of the list of people I need to email SOON, so once I get it all together again, I'll resume the epic. =) I hope you feel better soon too.
