Another shooting in Fredericksburg; they've closed off most of 95 between Fredericksburg and DC looking for a white Chevy Astro van with ladder racks.

Yeah, this one isn't quite as disturbing to me as the one in Manassas; that one was a bit too close to home for comfort. I hope this is the time that the guy has managed to screw himself, as there's a pretty good description of the vehicle.
