Thanks! =) My hair is just about to the bottom of my shoulder blades now; I think it's only been longer once since I was little, and that was about 8 years ago. I'm resisting the urge to go and get the sides shaved now because it's so damn hot. ;)
Yep, it's a pretty standard implementation of Photoshop's "colored pencil" filter. I had lipstick on mostly because I'd wanted to play with black and white photos, but decided I'd play with filters instead :)
