gothic_peacock points out a picture that Howard Kaloogian (running to replace Duke Cunningham) is using to "prove" that Iraq is calm and stable. It would be a much better idea if the picture he was using wasn't apparently a neighborhood in Istanbul. "Oops."(Note: I can't seem to get the relevant page on Kaloogian's site to come up at the moment.)
