There were two items in my Signals order from Dec. 9 which just showed up on my doorstep this evening. One was a Christmas present, one was not. Guess which one wasn't in the box?
To their credit, it took less than five minutes on the phone with customer service to straighten out and they offered to overnight the item to me at their expense. It will be here before Christmas, but the problem is that it's a gift for a coworker, so I needed it basically tomorrow. Between this and the gift I ordered for another friend which seems to be on indefinite backorder (I've had no updates), I've made up for my lack of mail-order annoyances for the rest of the year.
