My trip started out extreeeeemely annoying, but it's getting better. (C., the problem was in fact a burned-out fuse, but it turns out there's a separate "accessories" outlet near the floor on the passenger's side, woo! I'll have music for my drive to Taos.) Skipped last night's Fringe Festival act because I was too fried to do anything other than stay in the room with room service and a cool shower and sleep for nine hours.
Today's much better though; I can totally see how people might show up in Boulder and just never leave. This morning was NCAR (where my camera batteries helpfully died) and later is Pearl Street, bookstores, and "A Paranoid's Guide to History". I'm just about out of time on this terminal, so I'm off to wander the city for a bit. May not have access again til Monday night, so if you need to reach me, try the more traditional methods involving phone numbers. =)
