(no subject)

To illustrate what a complete dork I am, I will point out that I am incredibly excited to find that 21 Jump Street is coming out on DVD next week. Oh, I used to love this show. (I was 16, what can I say?) Johnny Depp when he was like 14! Okay, so maybe he was just a bit older than that, but still young. I have to admit though that I always had much more of a thing for Dustin Nguyen than Johnny Depp.

On the menu today:

• COFFEE!
  
• Email landlord to find out when chimney was last inspected/cleaned, and if he plans to get the deck power-washed (I nearly slipped and fell on it three times this morning while sweeping leaves off; it's gotten both kinda gross and dangerous.)
  
• trip to The Apothecary (er, VillageGreen now) more than likely; I need more Omega-3 capsules and I'm sure C. probably needs something
  
• trip to the pet store in Rockville for piggie supplies
  
• look for purple wig and [purple|pink]/black stripey thigh-highs for Halloween costume
  
• work on photos for the photo request thing
  
• dig out either the office or the guest bedroom; I will do at least one of them
  
• measure the living room windows for curtain rods and look for heavy or insulated curtains to replace the nasty sage with small white polka-dots balloon valances. (Oddly enough, it seems to get really cold in there when one half of one wall is single-paned glass and the other half is mostly wood-burning fireplace. Go figure.).
