When one is scheduling houseguests, it behooves one to actually make sure that the arrival date you've had firmly in your mind for a week is the same as the actual arrival date that said houseguest has provided you. D'oh! Good thing we talked, otherwise that could've been unfortunate. (I was sure that the date in question was the 16th. It's not, it's the 15th. Oops.)
Maybe this would be a good weekend to call an early birthday foo at Busara. That would be two big social events for me in less than a week...stunning! (The other being the La Madeline foo organized by![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
geminigirl Saturday night at which I met zedrikcayne and several other people whose LJ usernames I may or may not recognize.) If I'm going to suggest it though, I'd better get moving before everyone's weekend fills up. (No, this is not an official announcement of any dinner plans. Yet.)
